Viewings

• All viewings are fully accompanied by our experienced team

• Feedback provided after viewings to keep you informed

Once a Tenant Is Secured

• Comprehensive tenant referencing and affordability checks

• Preparation of a legally compliant tenancy agreement

• Creation of a detailed inventory and schedule of condition

• Organisation of all required safety certificates

• Collection of the first month’s rent and security deposit

• Issuing of all statutory compliance documents to the tenant

Fully Managed Service

Includes everything in our Tenant Find service, plus:

Prior to Move-In

• Attendance at the property to carry out a professional inventory service

• Collection and registration of the tenant’s deposit with an approved Deposit Protection Scheme

During the Tenancy

• Regular routine property visits

• Management of maintenance issues and contractor coordination

• Rent collection and arrears management

• Implementation of rent reviews and increases where applicable

End of Tenancy
